Terms of Service

CommentLoop sends Instagram direct messages to people who comment a keyword you choose on a post you choose. The service depends on Instagram’s official Messaging API and Meta’s platform terms. Features that depend on Instagram can change or stop when Instagram or Meta changes their platform, and that is outside our control.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• You must connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to operate.

You agree not to use CommentLoop to send spam, harassment, malware, illegal content, or content that violates Instagram’s terms and community guidelines. You agree not to use CommentLoop to build or feed another messaging product, and not to message people who have opted out. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that get repeated abuse reports from Instagram users.

• Connecting your Instagram account grants CommentLoop permission to read comments and send messages on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes that permission.
• Automated messaging on Instagram requires your account to be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and Meta’s own rules (including the 24-hour messaging window) apply to every message we send for you.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages your automations send.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again.
• Refunds are handled case by case; contact support within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong.
• If your DM volume exceeds your plan’s monthly limit, automations pause rather than overage-bill. We email you when that happens.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and features can change. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommentLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• You can stop using CommentLoop and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use CommentLoop after a change takes effect means you accept it.
